Property Consultant
We are looking for Property Consultants, preferably Russian speakers, who are hardworking, self-driven, customer-focused and business-minded individuals with a go-getter attitude, who are seriously looking to substantially uplift their financial earnings and career. Role Responsibilities
· Arrange Residential/Commercial Property Listings on regular basis through personal networking, farming and cold calling.
· Be actively involved in the sale/rental of residential/commercial properties.
· Follow the proper documentation process for every transaction and make sure the compliance is met always.
· Stay in constant contact with the Line Manager in order to keep him/her updated regarding ongoing transactions and seek their help to improvise.
· Always stay informed about the Real Estate market trends and be familiar with the current pricing for sale as well as the rental value of a property, especially in your area of specialization.
· Qualify buyers' needs and locate properties for their consideration.
· Always give options to buyers/tenants for their property search and try to cross-sale and up-sale to make sure clients are never left without any option.
Role Requirements:
· Minimum 1 year of Dubai real estate experience.
· Strong negotiation skills - experience in offering expert customer service.
· Ability to work independently with great dedication.
· English & Russian proficiency, any additional foreign language abilities are a plus.
· Must be presentable, have a professional attitude and like to work as part of a team

Performance Marketing Specialist
We are seeking an experienced Performance Marketing Specialist full of innovation and curiosity to join our Marketing Team at TIMI Property.
Main Responsibilities:
- Work with the Marketing Manager to execute performance marketing campaigns across different marketing channels including Google, Facebook, SnapChat, Tiktok, Linkedin & Similar.
- Independently managing and executing various ad campaigns whilst demonstrating proactive account management to drive leads.
- Implement agreed campaigns in required tools, collaborating with creative and copywriter colleagues to develop appropriate assets to meet the campaign needs as per agreed budgets.
- Provide weekly and monthly reports on the performance of campaigns, including data insights, results and recommendations – ensuring performance campaigns are generating leads and strong ROI
- Proactively making recommendations to improve performance in order to achieve KPIs whilst trying to achieve maximum profitability.
- Manage our social media pages and posts schedule.
Required Skills:
- At least 3 years experience in similar roles within online marketing and performance campaigns.
- Strong knowledge in running Google Search Campaigns and Facebook Ads for lead generation. Google Ads Certifications & Facebook Blueprint certifications are a huge plus.
- Experience in a real-estate marketing environment or hospitality industry, executive fast-paced lead-generation campaigns for multiple projects at once.
- A proactive team player that goes above and beyond, passionate about delivering outstanding execution and driving results for the business.
