Organizational Structure:
The position will report directly to the Head of Business Environment of Nazdaher and may work with other teams based on tasks assigned

Overview
The position will require the candidate to work alongside the department to ensure the tasks are being completed in a timely manner. The selected candidate will also be required to be proactive in finishing the tasks in hand and research on ways to tackle any challenges faced during the working period. The work environment will require specific competences, business-critical capabilities, and critical experiences that in that will enable you to become a competitive professional. Job Description
Business analysts need to keep track of current workloads and ensure they are completed on time. Candidates should be good communicators and possess excellent communication skills, as the workload of the business environment rests directly on external stakeholders.
Right from the start, you will be given challenging, hands-on roles in a diverse and global environment. We also provide resources and support to learn and explore new ways of thinking and working alongside talented people from all over Oman.
Goals for this role
• Work to complete outstanding tasks on specific initiatives
• work to develop new initiatives to improve the business environment in Oman;
• Research on issues affecting the business environment
• Be the coordinator of meetings, assignments, and more. to ensure they are being completed
What you will be doing:
• Work with the relevant stakeholders across different entities to complete tasks & milestones
• Attend meetings and take the relevant minutes & actions and follow up after such meetings to ensure the actions are completed
• Assess the current business environment along with the department every quarter to ensure the tasks are done effectively
• Communicate with external stakeholders and follow up on pending tasks
• Develop meaningful and lasting relationships with external stakeholders
Skills and Qualifications
• Bachelor's Degree in Business-related domain or Sciences
• Less than three years of relevant work experience (0 – 3 years)
• You are required to have graduated prior to your first day
• Mastery in Office Suite including but not limited to Excel, PowerPoint, Word, MS BI and others.
• Fluency in English and Arabic

• You also need to be good at absorbing information, analyzing problems, making objective decisions, and coming up with original ideas.
• You should have the drive, and resilience to get things done, the flexibility to work well as part of a team and the credibility to influence others.
• Strong working knowledge of relevant Microsoft applications
