Job summary



The ideal candidate loves talking to people and proactively solving issues. You will be responsible for converting customers into passionate evangelists.



Responsibilities & duties



1- Communicate with customers via phone, email and chat.



2- Provide knowledgeable answers to questions about product, pricing and availability.



3- Work with internal departments to meet customer's needs.



4- Answering questions about a company’s products or services.



5- Processing orders and transactions.



6- Resolving issues and troubleshooting technical problems.



7- Delivering information about a company’s offerings.



8- Dealing with unhappy customers and handling complaints.



9- Collecting and analysing customer feedback.



Knowledge, Skills And Abilities:



- At least 3 years' of relevant work experience, preferable working on CRM.



- Excellent phone etiquette and excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills.



- Ability to multi-task, organise, and prioritise work.



- Fluency in Arabic is a must and English is a plus



- Strong ERP knowledge an added advantage.



- A high level of problem-solving ability.



- bachelor’s degree is a must .



- Sales/Customer Service experience 3 years .



- Age: Less than 30



- Language:- Arabic & Malayalam
