Detail Description:
Effectively provides Decision support for the Customer Care Management.
Conceptualize, develop and support in design of key KPI’s for all lines of business.
Effective Project Management for ensuring completion of projects on time.
Demonstrate knowledge and competency in relevant domains in order to manage different stakeholders/requirements.
Be on the constant lookout for knowledge on best customer care practices across the organization & world-wide.
Employ effective data-mining & analysis for identifying opportunities in Customer care enhancement, cost saving & process adherence.
Benchmark different functions & highlight the opportunities for taking customer care to the next level.
To support in designing & execution of Presentations for the top management.
Constantly meeting all key stakeholders to understand & highlight opportunities.
Provide support/guidance to tackle constraints if any.
Presentation Skills to be at Expert level (5)
Ability to work under pressure and short deadlines / Strict Timelines.
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:
Related Bachelor Degree
4-5 years of work experience preferably in Telecom or related industry
2- Product Manager IPTV, Business Marketing
We are looking to recruit a Product Manager IPTV under Business Marketing. The position is located in Dubai.
This is an outsource position, meaning that the candidate will be working full time for Etisalat, however his sponsorship will be through a vendor partner.
Principal Functions:
Product manager IPTV is key contributor to the success of the Media, Satellite and Vertical Solutions portfolio by supporting Product Leads, Sales, Solution Architects and other internal stakeholders.
Enhance current and build new propositions that meet growing customer demand, maintain competitive advantage, and facilitate achievement of revenue targets.
Marketing requirements gathering, business case development, rate plan creation and product reporting. Sound analytical, communication and presentation skills.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Business requirement gathering across SMB, Enterprise and Government verticals to identify and develop a strategy to support new business needs.
Implementation, project management and tracking of transformational OTT and Business TV repackaging plus VOD and other new initiatives
Ownership of product hygiene and process improvement initiatives to streamline and enhance the existing Vertical Solutions portfolio, specifically IPTV/OTT.
Representing product marketing at regular project delivery meetings.
Support implementation of bespoke customized solutions across service delivery, procurement, and finance and vendor teams.
Co-ordination of site survey, vendor engagement and RFP responses to customer bids.
Maintain and communicate the monthly reporting for new additions, revenue, sales funnel and product performance KPIs.
Initiation and closure of billing service requests via Sales and Processing teams.
Tracking of annual customer contract renewals and upstream supplier agreements
Monthly billing reconciliation reporting and supplier invoice certifications.
Act as subject matter expert and sales/pre-sales enablement relevant product business line.
Input to Marcoms calendar initiatives and trade events such as Gitex/Hotel Show etc.
Keep up-to-date on the latest technology trends and undertake associated vendor training and certification.
Existing product knowledge of enterprise grade managed telecoms services including Fixed Data, Wi-Fi, IPTV and Cloud services would be highly regarded.
