Stewarding Agent
Duties & Responsibilities
· Liaise with the Kitchen Team to ensure the correct equipment is ready for service.
· Liaise with the Engineering Team to schedule preventive maintenance and repairs.
· During the shift, oversees the preparation of staff kitchen equipment for use.
· Supervises the receivable and storage of staff kitchen goods.
· Supervises the cleaning and storage of staff kitchen equipment.
· Supervises the cleaning of the premises.
· Supervises the removal of waste.
· Supervises the handling of staff kitchen linen.
· Supervises the cleaning of a hygienic staff kitchen.
· Engages in and supervises the cleaning of staff kitchen and equipment.
· Supervises all functions of the Human Resources operation to achieve the optimum quality level of sanitation.
· Setting Stewarding goals and developing strategies, procedures and policies.
· Demonstrate understanding and awareness of all policies and procedures relating to Health, Hygiene and Fire Life Safety.
· Maintains high levels of personal hygiene for self and enforces hygiene standards as per HACCP guidelines for team.
· Take moral and legal responsibility for conducting themselves in their work so they do not expose
