Sales & Marketing Assistant
Husaak is the leading Adventure Tour Operator in Arabia. The business launched in Oman in 2013 and now operates adventure experiences in Oman, Saudi Arabia and UAE. Currently we have 9 sites across the Gulf with a further 2 sites set to launch in Q1 2022. In addition to the Husaak brand, subsidiary brand Sea Hawk is a pioneer in UAE whilst Latitude offers 4x4 rental and self drive tours.
The Sales and Marketing Director is looking for a hard working, experienced marketing professional to join our growing business. At Husaak we work hard and adventure hard, we need someone with a strong work ethic who is prepared to give 100% to the new Sales and Marketing Assistant position.
Ideally the Sales & Marketing Assistant will be based in Oman at our Head Office but we would also consider a remote working role if the right candidate is based in Riyadh or Dammam.

- A high level of English and Arabic Language (Verbal and written)
- 2-3 years marketing experience
- Proven success in social media management
- Basic photoshop skills
- Good sales acumen with experience in handling customer inquires and closing sales
- Work well under pressure
- Posses a strong work ethic and are prepared to be flexible with your time, working weekends and nights on occasion when it suits the business needs
- This is an office based role but in some instances you may be required to go along and support the operations team in the field. This could he helping for a 1 day team building on Oman or a week long program in Saudi
Key responsibilities:
- Manage and grow Husaak and Latitude social media accounts, thinking of new and creative posts to engage with our target market (English and Arabic)
- Help prepare presentations, new trip information packs, custom itineraries and flyers
- Updating Husaak's booking system and tracking payments
- Publishing new trips on the Husaak website and making any other updates required to both the Husaak and Latitude sites
- Answer incoming sales enquiries via WhatsApp, email and call. From initial inquiry to creating custom itineraries, preparing booking sheets and sending invoices
- Promote Husaak's upcoming trips, tours, activities and destinations
- Scheduling the monthly Husaak newsletter and regular WhatsApp broadcasts
This position does not come with any allowances or housing but business related travel expenses will be reimbursed.
