1- Cluster Sales Manager

2 -Sales Executive

Meet and exceed sales targets set in the monthly and yearly forecasts and to direct all efforts to maximizing the hotel’s revenues and profits in across all revenue streams specifically rooms, meeting conferences and food & beverage operating departments.
To develop network of contacts to encourage and secure hotel trial of key decision makers.
To develop in conjunction with the Director of Sales & Marketing a structured, timely, achievable personal business plan.
To support staff needs in other Divisions based on the hotel priorities and anticipated business levels.
To maintain complete and supported records of all sales agreements, contract and quotes for the hotel as per Hyatt International Policies & Procedures.
To have a good understanding of contribution margins for each product results and work with respective heads of departments to maximize Operating results.
To achieve targets in terms of number of new active Accounts, Room Nights, Banquet Covers and Revenue as set by the Director of Sales.


3 -Executive Chef

Exciting opportunity to Join Alila Jabal Akhdar, part of Hyatt, at an amazing location in Oman. The F&B operation is not large, the resort is an ultra-luxury boutique with 85 keys, located about 2 hours from Muscat, in the Al Hajjar mountains, at an altitude of 1900 meters, a remote, but unique and special location.

As the Executive Chef you will be responsible for leading the Culinary Operation of the property, ensuring that all outlets operate successfully. You are the guardian of the implementation of outlet concepts, the kitchen operation, food quality and managing the food cost. Our clientele are very discerning individuals, who seek and come for the Alila Experience and their culinary expectations are part of the experience.  

The ideal candidate, will embrace this philosophy on sustainability, the local culture and should have the experience and ability to deliver the same. Someone who has strong interpersonal skills, international work experience, a passionate, creative professional, who is quality focused, a self-motivated, with astute financial and organizational skills. He/she, will lead a team of 30 associates, delivering to experiences our guests and colleagues expect at the Alila. A leader who embraces living our values and purpose of care, leading and fostering a diverse team, the ability to build and grow connections, identify and develop talent, and lead with compassion displaying high emotional intelligence.

Ideally the candidate has experience from similar size Ultra Luxury operations, preferably in comparably remote locations. Who understands the circumstances well and has a proven track record of operating successfully in such environments. Prior experience in Middle East is benefit, yet not a must. Fluency in English is required, additional languages are welcomed.

4 -Sous Chef

Summary
Alila Jabal Akhdar is looking for a talented Sous Chef, person should have worked at least 7 years in a restaurant or 5 star hotel with a minimum of 2 years holding a similar position.

Our hotel is located in the cliff of the mountain hence candidates with previous experience in remote locations will be a plus.

Experience in a multicultural kitchen environment and running kitchen with large volume of operation is required. Able to supervise multi-outlets.

Strong knowledge of international (Europe & South East Asia) and Indian cuisine.

We are seeking a resolutive, proactive, creative and hands on person who is able to lead the team being a leader.

High level of English and HACCP certified is required for this position.


5- Asst, Steward Manager

Summary
Be actively involved in building teamwork and enhancing the team’s commitment to their work and the hotel
Understand the hotel’s vision and brand personality and ensure it is integrated in your daily work practices
Actively and successfully train people to work according to hotel’s standards
Recognize outstanding individual performance in your team and deal with substandard performance fairly, immediately and constructively
Ensure all employees under your supervision are scheduled in accordance with business needs
