1- Sales Executive - MEIA Graduate Program

Responsibilities:

Support Sales manager to achieve sales target by managing relationships with customers, pursuing profitable growth opportunities in assigned customer accounts, thereby contributing to the sales turnover

Support to develop customer account plans for all assigned customers by identifying the relevant customer needs, prioritising initiatives and company resources, in order to meet customers’ needs and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.

Monitor the progress of projects, deliveries or accounts closely with customers and contractors, resolving problems, responding to queries (technical and commercial) as well as inspecting painting progress in order to ensure project completion on agreed time and to obtain optimum coating performance.

Promote products, services and solutions to owners and consultants through regular visits, product presentations and follow ups, respond to inquiries to recommend and ensure Jotun is specified for the projects thus creating sales opportunity for the company.

Follow-up on projects within allocated geographical territories and concept markets by coordinating and monitoring closely with project personnel to ensure Jotun products are used in order to achieve sales budget.

Monitor collections to ensure customer payment is received within agreed term to achieve budgeted days outstanding.

Liaising with the client market and responding to sales and technical enquiries, introducing new products and monitoring projects in accordance to specifications

Meets personal sales and contribution targets, focusing on small to moderate accounts which are stable in nature through the effective application of Jotun sales tools and sales techniques.

Prepares and delivers presentations and proposals to win new business and / or increase sales turnover and profitability with existing customers. Assists with securing orders for larger projects in conjunction with others as appropriate.

Participates in sales meetings to develop and obtain information on sales objectives, new products, technical problems and market knowledge etc.


2-  Purchasing Executive - MEIA Graduate Program

Main Responsibilities

Support the Purchasing function by producing and handling documentation, analysis and reporting in order to provide a basis for decision-making and development initiatives

Carry out initiatives by planning and executing related tasks in order to provide service, assistance and a sound basis for decision-making to internal stakeholders

Keep up to date by actively seeking information and updates from internal and external stakeholders to be able to offer relevant support to internal stakeholder

Interact with relevant network across companies to ensure both competence development and alignment of work practices and standards, but also to gain input and insight of the needs and way of working globally.

Support projects, solutions or systems by planning and coordinating work in order to reach agreed targets and results.

Support functional initiatives, projects or tools by contributing and participating as a member or advisor to support decision-making and adherence to internal and external processes.


 3- Regional HR Executive - MEIA Graduate Program

Responsibilities

Contribute to concept of learning & development by supporting the local organizations in the region and giving advice to shape the area of expertise.

Lead assigned subareas within learning & development and leadership by implementing, maintaining and enhancing procedures and guidelines.

Follow procedures, guidelines and instructions for executing tasks within learning & development and any other assigned work within HR.

Be the first point of contact for queries regarding learning & development and supporting employees and colleagues.

Contribute to projects to develop or enhance the assigned areas within the HR department or across functions.

Keeps informed of developments in the professional field, works with the region and is aligned with any group directions within the area.

Maintain and follow-up on concepts, tools and procedures.

Support the collaboration of HR and internal stakeholders to strengthen awareness of HR’s role and function in the company and build relationships which help HR better support the business and its strategy.
