Civil/ Structural Engineer
Civil and Structural Engineer (CSE) is expected to assist in structural design and implementation. An CSE should ensure delivery of projects on time and budget. Furthermore, should ensure at project site all the key meetings are attended, any escalations and query raised by the team are timely addressed and where senior assistance is required are timely informed. CSE is expected to be excellent with technical, analytical skills. In addition to the above an CSE is expected to be detail-oriented, creative, and possess amazing problem-solving skills.
Skills:
Good technical knowledge of Structural Engineering with particular reference to Structural Steelwork, Structural Concrete and associated Structural Analysis and Design/Detailing Software.
Good knowledge and experience of European/ British /US-based design codes/standards and Statutory Regulations.
Ability to develop technically sound Structural Engineering solutions in close collaboration with other specialists and design discipline.
Working knowledge regarding Constructability Assessment to ensure that the design is buildable.
All design should be efficient and identify any items where value engineering can be implemented.
Having good experience in various sectors such as Retail, Hotel, Commercial and Residential.
Help Senior engineer with technical evaluation of tenders.
The individual must have good level of skillset in the utilization of the following software and MUST have the right level of aptitude to provide validation calculations where necessary.
a. Working Knowledge of Revit
b. Etabs,
c. SAP
d. SAFE
e. Prokon
f. Staad Pro
g. Tedds
Required Qualification and Experience
Bachelor’s degree in civil and structural engineering with 5-10 years of experience in structural engineering field, with good exposure and experience of working in Revit.
