Role Purpose
Prepare the Radio network design based on the design criteria that has been devised by Mobile Access Design section. Support Experts, Engineers in the Frequency Planning, and Propagation Model Tuning on the planning tools. Supports in ensuring the tools and the databases are up-to date for the assigned area and maintain level of accessibility, report formulizations on weekly, monthly basis along with deriving statistical data through radio planning tools, validate KPI, KQI, CQI and thresholds for different RAN NE. Carry out Capacity Management of the different nodes of RAN. Conducts knowledge sharing sessions on regular basis to ensure orientation of radio planning activities within the section. Derive Digitization & Automation process. Assess NB-IoT & IIoT rollout based on market segments

Role Purpose
To develop and drive Oman Telecommunications Company (Omantel) Consumer Business Unit strategy, in line with corporate goals, market demand, competitive landscape and regulation policies; to monitor marketing, sales and customer care strategies which deliver a dominant market share, drive sales and achieve best-in-class customer experience.
3- Hub & Co-Location Manager
Role Purpose
To contribute to the revenue growth and market share of Wholesale by implementing master service agreements with and through sales to international telecom operators & content providers
4- Loyalty Management Manager
Key Activities
Develop loyalty strategy and propose loyalty initiatives across all customer segments
Design & Implementation of loyalty processes across all touch points for Postpaid / Residential lines.
Develop and manage loyalty offers matrix and communicate to relevant stakeholders.
Explore new opportunities to collaborate with partners to generate additional revenues.
Manage closely loyalty performance across key strategic customer segments and develop remedies to address performance gaps.
Manage loyalty programs and campaigns to increase Customer engagement and usage of the Omantel Telecom products - contributing to spend and Revenues.
Monthly/Weekly loyalty performance presentation to management.
Liaise with other Business Units to implement joint promotional opportunities to maximize customer engagements and to promote the program.
Monitors industry developments in the areas of loyalty program to make appropriate recommendations for Omantel loyalty strategy
