1- Event Manager
Roles & Responsibilities
Work with internal stakeholders, marketing partners, and cross-functional team members to develop and execute event strategies (Physical, Virtual, and Hybrid)
Brainstorming and implementing event plans and concepts.
Manage all budget and related financial responsibilities, including estimates, deposits and invoicing, billing, and event expense reconciliation, and provide detailed post-show expense reporting.
Liaising and negotiating with vendors.
Negotiating sponsorship deals.
Updating senior management.
Managing branding and communication.
Developing event feedback surveys.
Obtaining permits.
Providing advice about food and bar menus, décor, and entertainment.
Creating schedules of all activities for staff to follow during events.
Communicating with all vendors and suppliers before, during, and after the event.
Managing the budget to ensure the event doesn’t cost more than originally planned.
Handling problems that arise to help the event go off smoothly.
Ensuring that events comply with insurance, health, and safety standard.
Work in a creative and innovative way to continually improve the processes around planning and producing events.

2- Electrical BIM Modeler
Develop Building Information Model (BIM) for the MEP services.
Develop 2D drawing based on the coordinated BIM.
Sheet setup in Revit & Export 2D from 3D Model
3D modelling, drafting and detailing.
Preparation of Shop drawings, IFC drawings of Power, Lighting, Central battery based Emergency Lighting, Fire Alarm, Telephone, CCTV & Access Control System layout, etc.
Preparation of the Single line diagram as per standards.
Prepare bill of quantities. Coordination of MEP services.
Design structured cabling system.
Preparation of technical/project reports and documentation of the project.

Minimum Education Required:
Diploma/Bachelor degree/ ITI
Minimum Experience Required:

3- Mendix Developer
Minimum:
▪ 3+ years Hands-on development/integration experience with Mendix.
▪ 7+ years proven IT experience performing hands-on software development roles.
Minimum: Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science/ Engineering or other related degree
Responsibilities -
-Develop solution features following Mendix development best practices, ensuring solution performance and users adoption .
- Develop integrations with external systems according to the defined architecture guidelines .
- Finish all assigned tasks with quality within the defined timebox .
- Conducts unit testing and integration testing, executing the necessary bug fixing. Skills - Proficiency with at least one programming language: PHP, .NET, C# or Java.
- Proficiency in web languages: JavaScript, CSS, HTML.
- Programming databases: SQL Server, Oracle or MySQL.

إعداد الورقة في Revit & Export 2D من نموذج ثلاثي الأبعاد
