This role has the overall responsibility for End-to-End testing, providing a single point of contact for all functional and non-functional testing as well as documentation across all departments and processes based on business plan priorities. Also, to handle individual products and capabilities by define, develop, deliver & manage products across the entire Product lifecycle
Key accountabilities and decision ownership
Develop and implement the VF Oman end-to-end testing strategy with a focus on SIT and UAT pre-market launch, as well as ongoing SIT and UAT testing approach post go live
Establish a process to identify, document, and communicate risks to stakeholders
Responsible for formulating, developing, testing, implementing, and managing products and services
Apply Risk Based testing techniques where necessary
Manage SIT and UAT coordinators, defect managers and other testing resources.
Ensure the quality of all testing deliverables
Post market go live provide a BAU process for end-to-end testing including the provision of sign off and recommendations for new implementations to the Business Sponsors
Contribute to the capability development of the wider team at all levels
Collaborate with VF Oman Technology as well as Group Technology resources for all product/application development; act as the single point of contact/internal customer towards the product owners in Technology
Assure quality in all backend development delivered. Responsible for the user experience and content, sales and service capability backlog for owned Sales channels

End-to-end testing strategy in place
Launch testing successfully completed
Longer term: BAU process for end-to-end testing in place
Time to market
Quality / Customer experience (NPS, CI)
Core competencies, knowledge and experience :
Minimum 3-5 years of Product and Test Management Experience.
Experience of managing test managers, test analysts, defect managers and coordinators
Experience in Managing Digital channels testing , Mobile App , e-commerce, self-services machines and retail applications
Experience in using cloud communication tools like Jira , confluence and slack
Creation of test scripts, and experience of carrying out test execution
Experience in delivering E2E Test Management across a complex portfolio incl. managing change requests
Very good experience in Managing all products life cycles
Ability to Influence the timescales on large and complex projects to ensure that the appropriate level of time devoted to testing
Strong verbal / written communication skills
Experience in training and mentoring
Flexible, responding well to Business needs and those of the Project team
Structured approach to test planning and execution
Start-up experience required
International experience across different cultures, ideally experience of having lived and worked in Oman (or in the Gulf) and/or understanding of the Arab culture
Must have technical / professional qualifications:
University degree
