Mason work( Basic Knowledge)
Sub-structure work- Should be able to perform basic Concrete Foundation work, Reinforcement, Pre-Cast Concreting. Formwork /shuttering work, substructure membranes work.
Super-structure work - Should be able to perform construction in reinforced concrete of slab, column, and beams
Fire proofing work, Brick work, block work (ACC, hollow, thermal insulated block)
Roof work- Roof slabs, rainwater gutters, formwork, water proofing work, Construction joint and expansion joint repairing work (Sika, BASF), Water proofing work (bitumen emulsion and sheet), Wall finishing work- plastering, tiles, gypsum wall, calcium silicate wall cladding
Floor finishing work- floor coating (sika, fosroc, SPEC, BASF), tiles (ceramic, marble, granite, porcelain, grouting), Celling finishing work- suspended ceilings work, gypsum celling work, ceilings access panels installation
Stair and ramp finishing and maintenance work - tiles work and floor coating

Plumbing work
Should be able to perform Repair of Sanitary appliances and fitting (WC and Urinal closet (automatic and manual), handwashing ((automatic and manual) installation and maintenance
Drainage line installation and repairing work, Rainwater and wastewater piping installation (UPVC pies and fitting, gully traps, bottle traps, u traps), Coldwater and hot water installation (UPVC, PPR, HDPE)
Painting work- (Fosroc, Jotun, National, Berger)
Floor painting work – epoxy, acrylic, Wall painting (epoxy, oil, emulsion, acrylic), Steel painting (enamel and epoxy), Wood painting
Civil Fabrication work
Insulation panel work (Partition, Door, Roof), Single skin sheet installation work (Roof and wall cladding), Steel structure fabrication and installation, Handrail fabrication and installation, steel staircase installation
Electrical Work: (Basic Knowledge)
Help in execute plans of electrical wiring. Eg: Cable laying. Equipment’s for food Industry,
Help in preparing and assembling conduits and connect wiring through them.
Mechanical Fabrication work: (Basic Knowledge)
Should be able to help in all preparation works related to the welding process, including pipe preparation, pipe cleaning, positioning, cutting, joining, Chamfering and fabrication.
Should not suffer from dizziness or fear of heights.
Ability to use a variety of tools and equipment (Operate angle grinders, saws, and drills).
Knowledge of industry safety practices.
Assembled and fastened parts together with bolts, screws, and rivets using hand and portable power tools.
Desirable requirements
Minimum 1 year of experience of civil in a Food /FMCG industry.
Minimum 3-year experience in Facilities Management or construction field. (Gulf)
High School or Technical course in Civil Trade or any related field will be and advantage
