 1- Financial Planning & Analysis Analyst

Your key responsibilities:

Planning Cycle Support

Work closely with Finance Business Partners, Group Finance and the wider business to prepare and where required consolidate the 5 Year Plan, Annual Budget and monthly forecasts
Create base schedules, maintain assumptions log and attend business meetings with Business Partners to support any conversations and capture inputs for final submission.
Assist in the implementation of an Aggreko wide planning tool and process changes as well as FP&A related system upgrades
Internal Reporting

Review, analyse and explain cost variances vs. budget and forecast as part of the month-end close working closely with the Outsource provider to resolve errors or to obtain greater understanding of the source data
Use Aggreko's business intelligence system and month-end analysis to provide insight into the performance of the business to the Finance Business Partners
Provide data and analysis inputs relevant for the preparation and distribution of Performance Dashboard Metrics reports
Seek an in-depth understanding of the business and help determine any predefined relevant drivers for inclusion in performance analytics
Assist in the preparation of business presentation materials where required and support the Finance Business Partner
Assist in the development and establishment of standard reporting templates and metrics liaising with Group Finance and the regional Business Partners
Assist with the standard analysis and reporting, including profitability and unit cost analysis as defined

2- TC Project Lead

Primary purpose: 

The role will bring a professional approach with accountability for leading the delivery installation, commissioning, and successful handover of TC related Projects, to local operations teams across the Middle East region. The Project engineer will ensure that these projects are delivered safely on time, within design Parameters / specification and within budget.
Key responsibilities:

Provide project management leadership on large / complex projects, incorporating:

Lead and mentor a team of skilled technicians across the region building local and regional capability within ME business supporting succession plans and development plans.
Coordinating with all key stake holders and regional support staff for the duration of the project ensuring after care programs are in place once project is operational.
Single point of contact for both external and internal customers ensuring that project meetings are scheduled and actioned inclusive of customer and site specifics ensuring project progress is clearly documented and communicated.
In conjunction with the relevant teams undertake the preparation of method statements/risk assessments that satisfy both Aggreko’s and the customer / local legislation.
Ensure all projects have a Project Delivery Plan and are managed in line with the standard Aggreko Project Management guidelines
Guide fleet & assets team to optimise suitable equipment for all assigned projects.
Ensure all related assets have been installed and commissioned with all applicable documentation signed and saved within the project files for relevant audit purposes.
Manage budgets for all assigned projects so that costs do not exceed budget or provide justification for budget overrun.


3- Technical Product Manager - Energy Storage (Battery / Power Electronics)

We are looking for a Technical Product Manager. This role is responsible for delivering the Large-Scale Energy Storage products to Aggreko. Working in collaboration with the Product Management team, you will be the global technical authority for all large scale energy storage products (above 1MW in size) of Aggreko, focusing on off-grid and grid connected applications. You will continuously identify technical and operational innovations to ensure our products (either supplied, developed in-house, or co-developed with partners) keep pace with market needs and are ahead of competitors. You will address how we use battery energy storage systems with diesel and gas generator sets to reduce greenhouse gas emissions; in standalone applications; and how we should pair energy storage with solar in hybrid applications.
