1- CRM Specialist
The CRM Specialist will work alongside the Marketing team and be responsible for driving the creation of innovative and engaging customer communications, monitoring their effectiveness, whilst nurturing pre-existing and new customers within the CRM system.
Candidate will implement marketing campaigns and techniques to drive new customer acquisition and deliver analysis with actionable insights to develop future successful campaigns to meet business objectives.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Plan and deliver CRM strategies across the organization to retain existing customers, increasing brand loyalty, and expanding the company’s brand value.
Make sure the customer database is correctly segmented in order to target marketing activities appropriately
Collaborate with the Product team on defining the capabilities and driving the implementation of the required CRM infrastructure
Strategically plan, execute, and assess the performance of individual CRM program strategy within the internal teams.
Update and maintain stakeholder records within the CRM system
Own the responsibility for retention campaigns, right from conceptualization to analysis. This will include idea generation, proposal preparation, overseeing the production process, and execution.
Ensure the CRM system provides an effective sales funnel
Analyze market reports to determine what kind of marketing trends the business should respond to.
Troubleshoot software or user errors that inhibit the efficiency of the interaction between people and technology.
2- Retail Marketing Executive
Responsibilities
Planning Marketing Calendar for Stores and Department Stores according to Budget allocated.
Assist in formulating marketing strategies, promotion plans, etc.
Responsible for online marketing, such as SEO, SEM, EDM etc. to maximize the brands awareness in the market.
Discuss and recommend best opportunities with the brand’s Marketing department to successfully activate their brand in KSA.
Develop a strong network with local Influencers and businesses for potential collaborations.
Constantly be aware and updated with the Market new projects/ opportunities ahead of time.
Communicate with both internal departments and external parties to ensure smooth operation of the events/ brands activations.
Manage social media accounts such as Instagram and Facebook…etc.
Work closely with the CRM Manager to align on plans.
Establish Marketing KPI’s and an ROI driven approach.
Handle day-to-day operations and responsible for monthly activity reports to AMG Senior Management and to the brand’s principles.
