1- Assistant Curator
This position is responsible for supporting the curatorial staff of the Museum. Position based in Abu Dhabi. The Assistant Curator is responsible for supporting the curatorial staff in developing and implementing the distinctive curatorial vision and program. Working in close collaboration with Curator, Exhibitions and Commissions, the Assistant Curator will support the research and implementation of the Museums' exhibitions and commissions calendar for the inaugural program and beyond. The Assistant Curator will focus on the commissions program and special thematic and monographic shows, support the management of the departmental exhibition calendar, and assist in the production processes for all site-specific commissions.
As an emerging scholar and curator, the Assistant Curator, Exhibitions and Commissions, is committed to building a local, regional, and international community for the future museum.
This position reports to the Curator, Exhibitions and Commissions.

Presenting an international collection with a specific focus on West Asia, North Africa, and South Asia (WANASA), fostering a deeper understanding of how different local, regional, and international forces have shaped the interconnected histories and cultures of our time.
Through the museum’s research, collection, exhibitions, and programs, the institution will advance the study and interpretation of global modern and contemporary art, sharing new knowledge and insights on art from the WANASA region and the larger Global South in a rich, international context.

2- Head Chef (American/Italian Cuisine)
The Head Chef is responsible for leading, managing, and organizing all aspects of food production to the highest professional standards in accordance with the standard operating procedures. He oversees proper sanitation in the production area, well stocked, proper storage, intra – department coordination, food sales program, and quality control and production cost calculations.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Recruit, train, motivate and evaluate his / her team to ensure that the department has the necessary skill base, and that staff are optimally motivated and enabled to maximize their potential and contribution to the company.
Implement adequate hygienic procedures and guidelines as set for the brand and ensure that health and safety regulations are followed at all times in the restaurant.
Approve all prepared food items that leave his or her kitchen by checking them according to the quality standards, the brand’s specifications, and the presentation guidelines in order to maintain high and consistent quality.
Ensure that quality culinary dishes are served on schedule.
Create new menu items and recipes in coordination with the Regional Executive Chef and the Operations Manager/Inventory Cost Controller in order to maintain the brand's concept spirit and proper cost setting.
Monitor the food cost according to the company's guidelines and best practices.
Manage end-of-month inventory, daily wastage, daily requisition, and deliveries and perform estimation of food consumption, and supplies order to ensure the best quality is being delivered.
Ensure the proper operation of equipment and monitor their continuous maintenance as part of the safety measures.
3- Executive Assistant

An assignment where you must:
Micromanage multiple deadlines simultaneously
Assist the Director with trouble shooting and assess priorities on an hourly basis
7-10 years experience as an E.A and/or Team Assistant to multiple stakeholders
Ability to manage ordinary tasks and have extensive hands on knowledge of Microsoft Office, Concur, Great Plains and Adobe Acrobat
Interest in the arts would be an additional advantage
