About the Role
We are looking for an Arabic-speaking customer acquisition & experience executive as we look to scale our customer experience team. We are building the tech to empower our users to make choices seamlessly as part of their travel planning process. In this role, the incumbent will be working closely with the founding team to acquire customers for our service and ensure perfect travel experience. Additionally, the incumbent will also support the development of the internal tools and customer facing products as we scale up our product offering.
Responsibilities
- Design, manage and implement digital and offline customer acquisition marketing strategy to ensure that objectives are met to maximum efficiency
- Work with development and product teams to ensure user digital experience is as frictionless as possible, and make recommendations to improve conversion rates at each step of the user flow
- Manage creatives and ads to drive improved campaign results
- Reach out to leads to understand the travel requirements and enable a seamless booking process for the travel
- Be in constant touch with the customer from lead to booking to completion (across the customer journey) to resolve any issues and ensure complete customer satisfaction
Qualifications and Skills
- A bachelor’s degree, preferably in Marketing
- Problem solving Skills
- At Least 2 to 3 years of experience in sales in a customer-facing company, preferably from travel industry
- Arabic speaking
- Demonstrable experience in handling end-to-end customer journeys
- Demonstrable passion for travel and tourism
