1- Administration Coordinator
Job Description
For the operating units in the company to function, there is a requirement for a support service whose key responsibilities are to ensure that that all business needs are met in an effective and efficient manor to ensure business strategy is achieved.
The Administration Coordinator ensures that policies and processes for all services, that support core operations throughout the company, are developed and implemented to optimize operational efficiency and associated costs. Also responsible for reporting and tracking of operational expenses, including consumption details so decisions can be made regarding future budgets and operational costs. Finally, the role will also be involved in data analysis; looking for spending and consumption trends that impact on DMCC business and informing his/her line manager accordingly.
The Administration Coordinator will be responsible for the following:
Planning, organising, providing leadership and supervise all administrative functions
Providing training and development for Central Admin staff
Develop objective and KPI of the department, under the supervision of the Director – Human Resources, in accordance with DMCC strategy
Performance management evaluation of Central Admin staffs
Develop and maintain relevant policies and procedures for Central Admin required by internal customers in coordination with the Director – Human Resources.
Managing quality and cost control
Assist the Director – Human Resources in the preparation of Annual operating budget for Central Admin department.
Review invoices
Manage operations within the budget framework for all Central Admin related requirements and minimise costs
Updating excel sheet, scanning all invoice, updating individual folder then finally send to finance for payment
Extracting call details from du website for all DMCC landline
Checking all invoices updated with excel sheet, scan invoices, then forward to finance for payment
Preparing every end of month and send to Finance
Preparing every quarterly consumption report for each department
Assist in reducing the cost of administration and support services.
Archive all of the official documents and records to ensure that accurate and up to date records/statistics are established and maintained within the CA department
2- Events Executive

Working closely with the marketing team, this role will include working on both small and large scale events & webinars from conception through to completion. Events can include: exhibitions and fairs, conferences, promotions and product launches, social events, webinars, hybrid events.
The role with include but not be limited to:
Operational responsibility; organizing events and webinars at the highest level, assisting DMCC with events
Maintaining relationships and coordinating with 3rd parties (event suppliers, venues, etc.)
Preparing and negotiating contracts
Assisting with the preparation of collateral and material
3- Officer - Due Diligence (UAE National)

Role Summary:
Responsible for assisting the Team Leader - Due Diligence and Senior Officer - Due Diligence in the performance of the due diligence and monitoring processes on new company, member or other business stakeholder applications, amendments and other submissions to ensure company operations are compliant and to maintain DMCCA’s reputation as a free zone authority that upholds the highest standards of regulation.
Responsibilities
Conducting screening processes for new and existing members to ensure compliance with due diligence policies, procedures and KPIs.
Overseeing analysis, evaluation and assessments of risk rating and recommending ratings in accordance with Function Authority Matrix.
Carrying out analysis, evaluation and assessment in response to service requests in accordance with policies, procedures and Function Authority Matrix.
Analysis, evaluation and assessments of Know Your Customer documents in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.
Identifying any suspicious activity pertaining to applicants and/or existing members.
Assisting Team Leader - Due Diligence and Senior Officer - Due Diligence in performing enhanced due diligence for high risk clients.
Providing support and advice to Member Success and Operations representatives in respect of service requests.
