- Demi Chef de partie pastry
Main kitchen (a la carte):
- Sous Chef
- Chef de partie
- Demi Chef de partie
- Commis I
- Commis II breakfast
- Chef de partie Butchery
Banquet:
- Demi Chef de partie
Positions for a la carte outlets:
- Sous Chef
Candidates MUST be able to physically come for a trial shift, hence overseas applications will not be considered.
