1-Guest Service Agent
Job Description
The primary responsibility of a guest service agent is to provide expertise services in a courteous manner. You are responsible for taking reservations, greeting and registering guests, providing outstanding guest service during their stay, and settling the guest’s account upon completion of their stay.
You will handle all guest enquires, requests and comments promptly and efficiently, ensuring their stay in the hotel is to their satisfaction.
2- Sales Executive
Job Description
You will be the Salespoint of contact for all existing and potential customers to the hotel and will negotiate and confirm all events within the guidelines of the Hotels Sales Strategy. Additionally you will identify up-selling opportunities, maximize revenue through catering and group bookings, and provide efficient and effective service to handle customer inquiries within predefined parameters in order to close sales. You will report directly to the Sales Manager.
3- Carpenter/Painter
Job Description
You will responsible to complete activities on the preventive maintenance schedule as specified in hotel plans, to clean all work areas after finishing the tasks properly and look after all the tools supplied by the Hotel in a professional manner, and correctly maintain and deposit them after finishing the shift. We also want you to actively participate in the energy conservation programs of the Hotel and to suggest cost saving ideas as and when possible, not limited to the Engineering Department.
4- Revenue Management Analyst
Job Description
As Revenue Management Analyst you will directly support the Revenue Manager on property with implementing the hotel pricing strategy by market segment with reference to market intelligence, buying patterns and pre-determined seasonality. Support in the hotel’s annual budget and assist in the creation, update and evaluation of the hotel sales and marketing plan. You will be responsible for ensuring available technology (PMS & RMS) is fully utilized and understood according to the property specific business mix and requirements and to ensure optimal use.
