Your Role – International, Challenging and Future-Oriented!
In this role you will be responsible to promote and manage the complete Siemens Digital Industries portfolio for the complete Oman market
Achieve Order Intake, Sales and Gross Margin targets within assigned region/customers.
Generate and implement initiatives for the sales of complete DI portfolio through channels - System integrators, OEM’s, Panel Builders & End Users.
Generate and implement customer development plans for the existing and new channels.
Maintain and manage existing customers in the region.
Create brand awareness for Siemens Channels.
Regular update of customer information and pipeline in the CRM tool.
Actively promote CS portfolio elements throughout Oman to maximize Life Cycle Business with assigned customers.
Increase Customer Satisfaction.

In this role you will be responsible to buildup digital competencies, offer digital & energy solutions to our customers, and to ensure adherence of the company strategy with local management in regard to Digitalization and Sustainability. The role is the thought leader and Sales Manager of the organization in term of Digital Value Proposition, Sustainability and actively engage and influence the market according to the company strategy and offerings.

Inspire our customers to leverage digital technology and new innovative approaches.
Educate and promote the IoT, Digital solutions and services within the commercial construction and vertical markets that includes, Consultants, Architects, Engineers, General Contractors, Developers, Property Managers and Building Owners
Develop and present digital transformation roadmaps, define projects and implementation and integration recommendations that best match with the customer’s existing environment and that meet customer expectations
Identify, reach, and engage key decision makers and influencers through existing relationships, networking, personal connections, client references, and industry events.
Develop and implement Digital Service Business strategies. Generate new leads, identify and qualify opportunities to UpSell / Cross Sell and generate additional Pull through Business.
Promote and sell new business models based on SaaS and Digital Value-Added Services, Digital Platform Solutions (Building X, Enlighted, etc.)
Drive Xcelerator implementation and Building X project in Oman
Create shared objectives, common priorities and a common identity across the involved BUs to deliver the Building X customer value and business case
Deliver SaaS, solutions and services, on one platform and define an effective go-to-market approach.
Utilize our strong competence to automate all building functions through integration of all trades, on edge and cloud, especially for core portfolio of building automation, fire safety and security
Organize and manage cocreation workshops with our customers, to develop new digitalization solutions / tools / applications to help fulfill customers’ business KPIs
Promote, develop and sell Energy Services
You will advise our customers on the development and implementation of their decarbonization strategies, energy efficiency programs, sustainability roadmap and promote our sustainability related portfolio
