1- PMO Specialist
JOB OBJECTIVE
Responsible to lead the PMO activities, with a good experience in schedule, risks, change control, document control, and reporting management.
To support Project Manager with project structuring, strategy definition and implementation, progress reporting including schedule updates, forecast to complete, variance identification and opportunities for improvement.
ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Deploy Group processes, methods and tools applicable to Project Management target Operating Model
Lead inter-departmental coordination to anticipate, plan, optimize, coordinate and adjust project activities
Collect and consolidate projects data/KPI’s to trigger informed decision making
Establish and monitor project management performance indicators appropriate to the project
Participates / organizes Project Change Control Board Meetings
Build and maintain a workload plan (for existing and future project activities)
Coordinate risks analysis and monitor the updates throughout the project lifecycle.
Works closely with the project Contracts Manager to efficiently report performance and record issues that negatively impact the project to support claim management
Set-up and implement a claims/variation strategy including all the project stakeholders within FIDIC Contract Standards
Attend Core Team reviews to report on schedule updates, forecast to complete, variance identification and opportunities for improvement.
Deploy Lessons Learnt practices over the project lifecycle
Implement Project management / Process improvement initiatives
Maintains a positive and professional working relationship with customers, partners, sub-contractors and vendors.
Ensures full compliance to Company safety and quality procedures
2- Logistics Coordinator - Omani Nationals Only
JOB OBJECTIVE:
Ensure availability at all times of parts (LRU’s & Consumables) required to support the operations.
ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

Ensures items are stored in a safe and secure manner to prevent damage, loss, or theft
Processes the return to stock and return to vendor of damaged or rejected assets through Customer shipping/receiving department
Maintains warehouse in a neat, orderly and safe manner at all times
Performs cycle counts and special inventories. Ensures computerized stock records are kept current and correct. Maintains all labels tags and marketing on inventoried items
Keeps all past and present airworthy paperwork and certificates of conformity files updated and organized
Assists in maintaining accurate open parts orders and controlled documents. Also assists in administrative duties associated with procurement actions
3- Line Maintenance Technician - Omani Nationals Only
JOB OBJECTIVE
The Line Maintenance Technician reports to Line Maintenance Supervisor. The jobholder is accountable to perform the IFE checks, Content and/or Software loading as scheduled/planned and to provide identification, trouble-shooting and rectification of IFE defects. He will be working following the shifts pattern including night shifts.
ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Perform IFE checks, Content loading, Software loading and/or any IFE task as scheduled
Identify necessary actions to restore functional acceptance, which may require the removal and replacement of defective line replaceable modules and/or cabling/consumable parts
Communicate and interface with Line Maintenance Technician Lead on duty
Report task completion or deferral
Ensure work is carried out in compliance with company, health and safety and airport procedures and regulations
Ensure best use of resources (parts, tools, equipment, vehicles,..) is made
Ensures that all unused serviceable and unserviceable items are returned to stores with the correct part tag attached
Maintains equipment and premises in a serviceable, clean and safe condition
Remain up-to-date on new Technical Notices, Quality Notices issued, general and technical information
Ensure appropriate worn of equipment provided by the company for health and safety reasons
Report any abnormalities on test equipment made available to his supervisor on duty
4- Senior Validation Engineer
Experience / Background :
Engineering degree in Computer sciences
Arabic speaker with fluent English skills.
At least 7 years of professional experience in software validation
Proven experience in complex software projects
Skills (Must Have):
Experience and excellent knowledge in validation and integration methodologies and tools
Good understanding of web technologies (Application servers like JBoss/Websphere, web servers like Tomcat/Apache) and validation of projects using these technologies
Understanding of validating windows applications (preferably interfacing with external devices like smart card, card printers)
Experience in database skills (SQL, JDBC) using any RDBS (preferably Oracle)
IT capabilities & knowledge (Windows platform/Unix platforms like AIX…)
Willingness to travel to other countries as per the project needs
