1- General Manager - Food

Key Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for the day-to-day operations of the business and guiding the general business strategy.

2- Vice President Sales - UAE National

The company operates in the fields of Property Management, Facilities Management and Owners’ Association Management, providing world-class service and unrivalled support for communities across their portfolio. Currently, we are looking for Vice President of Sales to be based in Dubai

The selected candidate will be responsible for:

· Responsible for supervising, developing and mentoring sales directors and Relationship Managers (sales consultants)

· Help develops sales proposals. Assist with complex sales negotiations, attends sales presentations, and involve in closing sales deals.

· Directly manages very large, high-profile customer accounts, as appropriate.

· Ensures sales employees are equipped with the product, system, and selling-skills training that they require to be successful.

· Partner with marketing to develop lead generation and revenue generation programs, and to create high performing sales collateral.

The ideal candidate must possess:

· 15+ years of sales experience in Real Estate Brokerage or Developer

· Minimum 8 years of experience in a senior leadership role, working with C-level executives and managing a large Sales Team.


3- Senior Human Resources Business Partner

Our client is a leading multinational with an employee strength in the thousands is seeking to hire an HR Business Partner who will report directly to the Chief Human Resources Officer. The main purpose of the role is to provide support to the CHRO in design, development and implementation of strategic HR initiatives globally and to support the leadership time (CxO and below) in all aspects of HR as a Business Partner. This is an exciting opportunity to lead and execute HR projects at a global level and would cover the entire gamut of HR including succession planning, talent management and acquisition, rewards, L&D and compliance.

Some of the key responsibilities of the role include:

Support CHRO in planning and implementation of key HR initiatives and projects.

Work with Business / Function Heads in execution of HR plan & strategy.

Job Responsibilities

Manages and leads the company’s diverse real estate lease portfolio and initiatives

Monitors and evaluates the performance of company's Asset Management portfolio

Works with the leasing team on annual budgets and monthly, quarterly forecasting of Asset Management Revenue

Prepares financial analysis to support lease recommendations

Responsible for conducting market and demographic research, as well as leading site selection and property tours with teams and third-party service providers

Prepares market and initial site analysis, including trends, competition reports, and general site information

Leads the IT team on various reports and other system/business specific requirements/modifications specific to Asset Management.

Develops and analyzes budgets and financial information for new locations and new acquisitions

Negotiates all legal terms of a lease contract with prospective tenants and partners with internal Legal team to edit lease agreements and necessary legal documents

Ensures lease obligations are fulfilled, documentation and company issues are resolved
