- 5-star or strong independent restaurant experience
Pastry:
- Sous Chef pastry (Pastry chef)
Main kitchen (a la carte cafe, IRD):
- Sous Chef (experience mandatory)
- Chef de partie
- Demi Chef de partie (Banquet)
- Commis I (IRD night)
- Chef de partie Butchery
Positions for a la carte outlets:
- Sous Chef (Contemporary Indian, experience mandatory)
- Sous Chef (Latin bar concept, (experience mandatory)
Candidates MUST be able to physically come for a trial shift, hence overseas applications will not be considered.
