Bhive Real Estate is a rapidly growing real estate company based in Dubai. We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Manager to join our team. The Sales Manager will be responsible for leading and managing the sales team, developing and implementing sales strategies, and generating new business opportunities.
Responsibilities:
Develop and implement sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue goals
Lead and manage a team of sales professionals, providing guidance and support to achieve individual and team sales targets
Conduct market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities and market trends
Build and maintain relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders
Prepare and present sales reports and performance analysis to senior management
Collaborate with other departments to ensure a smooth sales process and customer satisfaction
Requirements:
1+ years of experience in sales management, preferably in the real estate industry
Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
Strong leadership and team management skills
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Knowledge of real estate market trends and regulations in Dubai
Languages:
Arabic (NATIVE) and English (fluent)
package:
salary 8,000 - 12,000 AED + Commission + Visa + insurance
