Personal/Executive Assistant - Dubai, UAE :

To join our Bidfood Family the ideal candidate must have experience as a Personal Assistant, knowledge of budgeting and financial management, well connected, and work under pressure.



Key Responsibilities:



Maintain the calendar, plan travels, meetings and appointment of the Regional Finance Director.

Arrange/coordinate flights, hotels, meet and greet, visa not only for the RMD but also regional employees, suppliers, customers, and Bidcorp entities travelling abroad or to Dubai.

Organize Budget meetings, Board Meetings and Bidfood MD’s Conference as required.

Answer phone calls and emails, prepare memos and Board Meeting Agenda. Coordinate and follow-up reports/pending issues with BME.

Maintain suppliers, customers, inter-company memorandum, Board Meeting Agenda and Minutes, and personal files/records.

Ensure the timely renewal of house lease contract, family visa, passport, medical insurance, and car registration.

Ensure timely payment of utility bills, credit cards, and school fees to avoid penalties and inconvenience.


Qualifications:



-Bachelor’s Degree in Business or Communication Course.


-At least 3 years’ experience in any administrative field.

Supply Chain Analyst :

Monitor supply chain and operations processes to identify the biggest operational challenges and gaps, inefficiencies, and risks, and work on solutions in collaboration with various teams.

Developing necessary reports using ERP data, to improve efficiency and accuracy of existing reporting and working on report automation with IT team

Establishing and reviewing demand plan / baseline rolling forecasts for multiple time horizons based on trend analysis, historical data and planned sales targets. Preparing collaborative demand plans based on planned growth rates and in market activities. 

Maintaining quality of inventory for the respective division /agency through continuous assessment of ageing, non-moving inventory, shelf life of stocks and providing feedback to commercial teams. 

Ensure opportunity loss/out of stocks is minimized by bridging the gap between supply and demand and improved forecasting / planning.

Ensuring proactive planning is in place taking into consideration the supply constraints.

Preparing and maintaining accurate and timely inventory reports and conducting the MFR.

Maintain strong communication channels and information flow with internal and external contacts.





Coffee Machine Technician :

Coffee Machine Technician is responsible for the Installation of coffee machines, checking and repairing coffee Machines at customer premises and in the workshop, conduct preventive maintenance, and calibration services.

Repair, install and adjust coffee machines.

Installation & Troubleshooting of kitchen equipment like combi oven, ice machine, dishwasher, vending units etc.

Respond to breakdown callouts.

Troubleshoot and repair defective equipment.

Perform routine preventative maintenance.

Keep track of machines and spare parts inventory.

Inform the line manager about inventory requirements.

Respond to work order requests in a timely fashion.

Adhere to all safety policies and procedures.

Conducting demo about the servicing techniques of all the coffee machines brand.

Complete the task within the shortest time possible to increase the overall performance.

Responsible for making endorsements and reports of the tasks performed and queries of clients to the Sales department.

 

-High/Secondary Educational Degree.

-Coffee industry experience is preferred.

-Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.

-Familiarity with industrial tools and equipment.

-Ability to handle physical workload.

-Valid driving license, added advantage.

-Minimum 3-4 years of experience.
