Qualifications

• 2+ years of relevant work experience as a Mortgage Advisor or Mortgage Broker, preferably in a banking or real estate sector.
• Proven track record in meeting or exceeding sales targets.

• Strong understanding of banking mortgage or real estate brokerage services, terminologies, procedures, and processes.
• Excels working under pressure; ability to work both independently and cooperatively in a fast-paced environment.
• Attention to detail and quality assurance ability.
• Flawless and brief communication and presentation skills, verbal and written.
• High negotiating skills (both verbal and written).
