Qualifications & Requirements:
- Preferred candidate must be able to join immediately
- Effective verbal and written communication skills in English
- Ideal candidate must have previous experience in a similar role in a 5-star hotel environment in the UAE
- Ability to understand guest needs and expectations, and to deliver superior customer service
- Perform job with attention to details; Ability to organize and handle multiple tasks effectively
