1- Dispatcher (Transportation)
Main Accountabilities / Duties:
Promote and model a culture of empathy, respect and for all transportation services activities.
Assigns motor vehicles and Drivers for conveyance of caregivers from / to as directed by Manager / Supervisor-Caregiver Transportation of Shift Transport Supervisors.
Assigns vehicles according to factors, such as length and purpose of trip, or passenger requirements, and preference of user.
Monitors arrival and departure times of Drivers and vehicles manually or through fleet management system and schedule substitute Drivers and vehicles, as necessary.
Contacts emergency services regarding vehicle accidents as required.
Maintains a variety of records and files related to caregiver transportation and perform varied clerical duties as required, including data entry and preparing reports as required.
Demonstrate self-motivation, energy and determination in the work environment.
Understands and promotes the inclusion and acceptance of diversity at the work place.
2- Airport Representative
Main Accountabilities / Duties:
Provide welcome service to clients at the customer service touch points at Abu Dhabi Airport.
Coordinate and communicate with reservation agent in terms of passenger request.
Dispatch airport drivers according to the order.
Provide smooth assistance to passenger’s request of transit from airport to the desired places in UAE.
Adhere to the company standards and deliver exceptional customer service to clients.
