Production Specialist
Responsibilities
Experienced in formulation and application knowledge of various products related to waterproofing such as Acrylic, Polyurethane and Cementitious coatings, bitumen related products such as WB primers, SB primers And Rubberized emulsions & Floor coatings etc.
Highly organized with a strong focus on detail and accuracy.
Responsible for ensuring production is carried out according to production planning and all site safety rules are strictly followed.
Responsible for ensuring all process quality checks are being performed.
Identify and implement the cost optimization through alternative / substitute raw materials and strategic source.
Provide technical support to customers including follow-up complaints on technical related issues.
Responsible for setting up QC specifications of newly developed products & co-ordinate with production team for proper manufacturing & application at site.
Update and maintain calibration data for all laboratory equipment and all ISO related activities.
Responsible for monitoring day to day production activities of the production line and ensure that the target date of completion of the production is achieved and maintaining records of all production transactions.
Implement approved production plan, schedule, and oversee all production activities while continually building and maintaining profitability.
Ensure overall customer satisfaction and quality service for all production related products.
Keep appropriate records and necessary reports.
Functions well in a multi-task environment
Strong communication and inter-personal skills
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in Chemical Engineering.
At least 5+ years of relevant work experience in a similar role in manufacturing; preferably inside the UAE.
Result oriented, self-motivated, with a positive attitude and keen attention to detail.
Able to work effectively with a team.
Strong time management skills and ability to prioritize and multitask effectively.
