JOB DESCRIPTION:
1) Provides general nursing care to patients in hospital, nursing home, infirmary, or similar health care facility: Administers prescribed medications and treatments in accordance with approved nursing techniques.
2) Prepares equipment and aids physician during treatments and examinations of patients.
3) Observes patient, records significant conditions and reactions, and notifies supervisor or physician of patient's condition and reaction to drugs, treatments, and significant incidents.
4) Takes temperature, pulse, blood pressure, and other vital signs to detect deviations from normal and assess condition of patient.
5) May rotate among various clinical services of institution, such as obstetrics, surgery, orthopedics, outpatient and admitting, pediatrics, and psychiatry.
6) May prepare rooms, sterile instruments, equipment and supplies, and hand items to SURGEON ; OBSTETRICIAN , or other medical practitioner.
7) May make beds, bathe, and feed patients.
8) May serve as leader for group of personnel rendering nursing care to number of patients.

3) Keeps complete and accurate patient records as they pertain to treatment documentation.
4) Performs duties and procedures as directed by Program Director, Medical Director, and in some cases the Clinical Coordinator.
5) Performs hyperbaric chamber operations and system maintenance as required.
6) Supports clinical hyperbaric facility accreditation.
7) Participates in the safety program.
8) Maintains competencies, continuing education and certifications as appropriate.
9) Utilizing data software for wound management.
10) Make appropriate entries for daily hyperbaric treatments and wound care clinic visits including photo uploading.
11) Lift patient or transfer.
12) Tolerate pressurization and depressurization in a hyperbaric chamber
13) Need to be able to hear patients and staff. Also, listen to equipment for malfunction

1-توفير الرعاية الصحية العامة للمرضى في المستشفيات او في المستشفيات او في المستشفيات او مرافق الرعاية الصحية المماثلة: ادارة الادوية والعلاج المنصوص عليها وفقا لتقنيات التمريض المعتمدة.
(2) اعداد المعدات الطبية والايدز اثناء العلاج وفي فحص المرضى.
3) يلاحظ المريض, ويسجل الشروط وال التفاعلات الهامة, ويقوم باخطار المشرف او الطبيب بحالة المريض ورد الفعل على المخدرات, والعلاج, والحوادث الهامة.
4) ياخذ درجة الحرارة, النبض, ضغط الدم, وغيرها من العلامات الحيوية للكشف عن الانحرافات عن الطبيعي وتقييم حالة المريض.
(5) يمكن ان تدور بين مختلف الخدمات السريرية للمؤسسة, مثل التوليد, والجراحة, والجراحة, وال الخارجية, وال الاعتراف, والطب النفسي, والطب
(6) يجوز لها ان تعد غرف, وادوات معقمة, ومعدات ولوازم, ولوازم يدوية للجراح ؛ والتوليد, او اي طبيب اخر.
7) يجوز لها ان تصنع الاسرة, و استحم, و اخر المرضى.
8) قد يكون قائدا لمجموعة من الافراد الذين تقديم الرعاية الصحية لعدد المرضى.

وصف الوظيفة:
(1) المساعدة في اعداد المرضى للعلاج.
2) يعزز التعليم من حيث صلته بالعلاج العالي.
3) يحتفظ بسجلات المرضى كاملة ودقيقة فيما يتعلق بوثائق المعالجة.
(4) اداء الواجبات والاجراءات حسبما هو موجه من مدير البرنامج, والمدير الطبي, وفي بعض الحالات, المنسق السريرية.
5) تقوم بعمليات غرفة الضغط العالي و صيانة النظام حسب الاقتضاء.
(6) يدعم اعتماد مرفق الضغط العالي الضغط العالي.
7) يشارك في برنامج الامان.
8) يحتفظ بالكفاءات, والتعليم المستمر, والشهادات حسب الاقتضاء.
9) استخدام برمجيات البيانات لادارة الجرح.
10) تقديم مدخلات مناسبة للمع العلاج اليومية لل العالي والعناية بال جرح, بما في ذلك تحميل الصور.
11) رفع المريض او نقله.
12) تحمل مع الضغط الجوي وال انفجار في غرفة الضغط العالي
(13) يجب ان تكون قادرة على الاستماع الى المرضى والموظفين. ايضا, استمع الى المعدات لخلل
