ROPE ACCESS LEVEL 1
Job Description/Role
• Valid IRATA Level 1 Certificate
• Understanding of IRATA ICOP
• Knowledge of fall arrest, work restraint, safety net systems, air
bags and mobile elevating work platforms
• Minimum 1 yr. work experience as IRATA level 1 technician with
1000 rope hours
• Advance rigging, rescue and rope access skills
• Ability to select equipment correctly
• Ability to inspect the equipment’s
• Ability to maintain and store the equipment
