1-Public Relations Officer (PRO)
Responsibilities
Handling the Visa & Labour processing in UAE, Qatar.
Issuing of Gate Passes (CICPA, GHQ and others).
Submit, follow-up, and gather all new employment, renewal, and residency visas as well as all visa types such as freezone / labor / immigration
Organize and manage the periodic renewal of all trade licenses and government registration
Handling any other registration and anything related.
Representing the Company in any locations such as the Police Station, Airport, Hotels, Embassies,
Ministries/Municipalities & other significant Departments.
Undertake any ad-hoc admin projects/duties as required from Management
2- Procurement Officer
Responsibilities
Responsible for clarifying and negotiating with vendors on contractual terms, pricing and service level
Establish and develop strong working relationships with vendors and internal customers
Researching and evaluating prospective suppliers
Preparing budgets, cost analyses, and reports
Work closely with all other functions to improve purchasing procedures and contribute towards effective cost management
Undertake any ad-hoc admin projects/duties as required from Management
