JOB ACTIVITIES
NEW CUSTOMER DEVELOPMENT
Identify new customers in B2B segment in the assigned area in NEM including major construction projects; at least 100T of new business with a UGM of > 3,000AED/T.
Coordinate with Sales Manager to submit comprehensive commercial offers with Value Added Services package.
Make joint customer calls with the Sales Manager and work towards securing the business.
Keep a database of all the new projects coming up in the assigned area
Keep a healthy prospects pipeline.

Job Description
JOB RELATED OBJECTIVES
Implement and sustain lean management programs such as (ex: 5S , Kaizens , One point lesson , Poka Yoke)
Frame and implement employee engagement programs (ex: Energy Saving Campaigns, Safety Champion)
Assist in converting manual tasks to Digital Applications using internal tools (ex: PowerApps)
Assist in improvement project implementation using DMAIC approach
Conduct feasibility study for improvement ideas suggested by other team members
Create creative presentations using PowerPoint to demonstrate improvement project results to management
Create dashboard using PowerBI
