JOB DESCRIPTION
Desired Skills and Experience
- Fresh graduate(s), or experienced graduates in Strategy Consulting, Private Equity, Venture Capital, Investment Bank, Start-Ups, or in the Internal Strategy or Marketing department of a global Corporate (0-3 years)
- Fluent (spoken and written) in English is mandatory. Additional fluency in French and/or Arabic is preferred
- Top tier education with track record of high academic performance: top universities in the UK, US, or global equivalent
- Strong research, analysis and synthesis capabilities
- Experience working within high impact commercial strategy design, and strategic business
transformation programme delivery environments
- Dynamic and Entrepreneurial spirit
- Takes initiative and can work autonomously
- Good command of office tools (Excel, PowerPoint)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; confident and impactful presenter
- Ability to support sales pitches and assist in the sales pitches as well as support Dubai office
development initiatives (Intellectual capital development, Marketing etc.)
- Thrives in a fast paced, challenging and unpredictable environment
- Works closely with senior management on performance improvement projects
- Open to travel globally

RECRUITMENT PROCESS

- Invitation for 2 rounds, with 2 case studies plus fit interviews each
