1- HSE Advisor
Principal Accountabilities:
▪Implementation of the contract HSE Management Plan at the site.
▪ Application of Hazard Analysis Processes (Job Safety Analysis) to the contract activities
▪ Maintain a daily working relationship with the line management and Subcontractors in relation to their compliance with the provisions of the HSE Management Plan and regulatory requirements.
▪ Ensure the HSE requirements are communicated to all site staff and verify compliance through follow-up meetings and audits.
▪ Coordination and scheduling of HSE review activities.
▪ Review the effectiveness of the HSE Performance and report as required.
▪ Assist in the investigation of incidents and near misses.
▪ Ensure site activities are in compliance by participating in audits, inspections, meetings etc.
▪ Review operational procedures and work methods to ensure that these methods address controls required to eliminate or manage the HSE impacts of the contract.
▪ Review and monitor Environmental Control Plans i.e. Waste Management Plan.
▪ Report HSE Performance to the HSE Manager.
▪ Promote an “Incident and Injury Free” strategy.
▪ Support the site management team and other staff in all communications and decisions related to HSE.
Qualification:
• Professional Academic Qualification
• NEBOSH certified.
2-Design Engineer
Responsibilities:
Fully understand the requirements of shutdown planning, constructability, and interface aspects.
Able to Prepare/interpret design drawings from the information presented & Modify existing drawings.
Able to form, and smoothly interact with Company Personnel and construction contractors within a matrix-type set-up.
Good interpersonal & communication skills and an extrovert.
Ensure conformity of designs and layouts in accordance with Company Engineering procedures and ISO Quality Standards.
Record the results of surveys, including the shape, contour, location, elevation, and dimensions of land or land features. Calculate heights, depths, relative positions, property lines, and other characteristics of terrain.
3-Quality Control Inspector
Ensure the compliance of Fabrication, Welding, and installation of structural, piping, and flow line works as per Client / Contractual requirements.
Responsibilities
Review and approval of Material test certificates against project specification & MTO.
Reviewing the materials test certificates and communicating with supplier for necessary changes and ensuring the final approval from client.
Carry out Fit-up & visual inspection of welding joints if required.
Review of NDT report like PT, MT, RT & UT
