1- Compliance Business Partner
What You’ll Do
Partner with and provide guidance to the CP and SLT so they ensure that robust governance & compliance processes & systems are in place in the MC, with well-defined resources & accountabilities
Maintain professional & effective collaboration with Assurance Partners to guarantee a high level of assurance provided to MC, Area, International Region and Audit Committee
Work with Assurance Partners to help define the assurance requirements based on identified risks and key activities
Together with the Assurance AP share the results of assurance activities with management and assure adequate improvement and follow up on identified gaps, corrective, and disciplinary actions
Ensure the CP has established a cross functional Local Compliance Committee (LCC) with representation of SLT
Ensure MC policies, procedures and standards are up to date, aligned with global standards, accessible and fully implemented, with appropriate and trained policy, process and/or SOP owners
Provide guidance and proactive partnering with business stakeholders on compliance risk assessment and risk management as well as coordination in line with Global & Regional guidance
Ensure local commercial compliance risks are effectively assessed, managed, resourced and coordinated with defined local risk owners across SLT areas
Provide advice to and consulting on effective implementation and maintenance of 1st line monitoring activities
Cascade, adopt and deliver relevant regular compliance training and awareness campaigns and ensure the MC tracks completeness of training (incl 3rd parties and new starters).
Support or drive Global/Regional Compliance projects
Foster integration and alignment with relevant counterparts in other relevant functions such as Legal, HR, Finance, Nominated Signatories and Medical Affairs
Build strong relationships with external bodies and work to develop industry codes that support compliance priorities in AZ
Support compliance investigations as requested by the GID or as agreed with Assurance Partners.
Act as local Privacy Officer or representative.
2- Key Account Associate
What You’ll Do
Key / distinctive responsibilities
Consistent work with HCPs, pharmacists, hospitals, chains, administrators, and other stakeholders influencing the sales and procurement results (patient organizations, distributors, funds, etc.)
Full understanding for KDMs hierarchy, sphere of influence, strategy implementation and patient journey mapping per key account.
Drive account performance through aligning account activities with different stakeholders
Stock management (Stock level, Consumption, and liquidation).
Drive excellent customers experience within accounts through customers engagement, promotional material handling & new initiatives utilization.
Listing AZ brands in key accounts.
Gathering market insights and competition intelligence.
Creates the demand, searches for financial sources, and includes AZ products to budget purchase
Building AZ value proposition with key customers in the market.
Ensure delivering high quality detailing of focus brands matching KA detailing cycle.
Drive account performance through aligning account activities with different stakeholders
Ensure adequate stock level at customer & frequently analyze stock levels at distributer level.
Drive excellent customers experience within accounts through customers engagement, promotional material handling & new initiatives utilization.
Listing AZ brands in key accounts
Gathering market insights and competition intelligence and share insights with relevant team members.
Cross Functional communication with all business functions ensuring timely & high-quality responses to the business requests from internal & external stakeholders.
