Responsibilities:
Responsible for the transportation operations both within UAE and GCC candidate must have experience in the below:
Printing of bill of ladings
Preparation of NN documents
Follow up and coordinate with carriers
Prepare COO
Manage DMS and regular ERP update
Arrange Non-Manipulation certificates from carriers
Manage HUB reports ( Prepare and share with Customer and BDP)
Prepare AWB – Courier documents as per shipper request.
Daily update and follow up to ensure job is done perfectly
Communication with the all departments and ensuring all requirements are in order for smooth delivery of documentws
Communicating with clients and service provider to make sure all request are done on time and as per the agreed SOPs and KPIs
Support team in case of someone’s absence (collection & delivery of documents).
