Civil, Mechanical, or Material Engineer
Job Purpose
Crusher engineer is a safety sensitive position and is responsible to operate the crushing plant, ensuring effective operations to maintain or exceed quality and production.
Responsibilities:
Previous crushing Experience would be an asset
Ability to perform manual labour
Able to promote a positive and safe work environment in a physically demanding and fast paced work environment
Welding /torch cutting experience desired.
Knowledge of soils, sand and aggregate classification to help produce spec material through the crushing operation.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Use of personal protection equipement is required
must be willing to travel to other work sites
Shut down equipment as required in the event of an emergency, blockages or end of shift
Adhere to and follow all safety rules and regulations .
Ensure nobody enters safety perimeter while operating the cruching plant.
Inspects belt scale and clean daily & record scale readings.
Maintain strong Communications with ground labor to ensure efficient and safe workflow.
Adjust Crusher settings to optimize performance and gradation.
Identify appropriate material produce quality aggregate and set aside uncrushables.
Monitor the plant to ensure the plant is running Safely and production is consistent.
Install and reinstall.
Operation Agreggate size and type .
Material Classifing
Qualification & Experience:
Bachelor/ Master Degree in Engineering or Equivalent.
At Least 5 years of experience ( Experience Certificate is required)

Salary: Selected Candidate will be offered a basic Salary of 10,000 + Bonus
