Responsibilities
Business Generation & Fee Income
Undertake valuation related work allocated by seniors in an accurate and professional manner.
Undertake valuation of properties in Dubai, Abu Dhabi and throughout the UAE s Undertake research work and collect comparable evidence.
Undertake property inspections. (A working knowledge of construction and building defects preferable).
Write valuation reports.
Understand and be proficient in the use of all the office technology employed in undertaking valuations.
Attend events to promote the department and firm amongst clients and professional organizations.
Form a network or expand on an existing network of real estate professionals.
2- Digital Marketing Manager
Responsibilities
Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns
Monitor and analyze effectiveness of marketing content
Develop and manage website content
Find and target audiences
Qualifications
1+ year of marketing experience
Content creation skills
Excellent communication and organizational skills
