The impact you’ll make:

This role would support car control, accounting and department initiatives through ongoing administrative support and analysis. Provide service to internal and external customers, which reflects the company's values. Acts as a point of contact for Licensee inquiries. Essential duties and responsibilities, shown below, will vary accordingly based on assignment and subject to change. Help us support our exceptional operational and accounting teams!

What you’ll do:

Process car control requests in Wizard including research, vehicle exchange and non-revenue movements timely

Review and research missing rental records, unaccounted miles for corporate fleet and licensee fleet

Maintain, produce, review, and deliver various team reports providing insight for overall efficiency

Communicate and maintain all notifications to our Licensee community

Observe, generate, and analyze processes to identify inefficiencies and areas of opportunity to meet personal development and company set goals

Research and identify disputed items

Maintain 95% current on unreported royalties to provide accurate reporting for all licensees. This will reduce the royalty accrual each month

Analyze monthly receivable for licensee receivable amounts owed

Prepare all past due, default and termination letters

What we’re looking for:

High School Diploma/GED

good in reading and writing on english and middel in arabic

Minimum of three years’ experience operations, accounting specifically better to be on fleet, distribution, customer service, data processing, or general accounting related field.

Requires excellent analytical ability, attention to detail, and ability to work independently and in teams

Skills and abilities you should have:

Strong knowledge about accounting software specially QuickBooks written communication skills required

Strong knowledge required in Microsoft Office including Outlook, Word and Excel, with advanced knowledge of Excel (i.e., V-lookup)

Self-motivated, strong problem solving, time management, and organizational skills required

Ability to work with all levels of management
