Franchise Sales (Golf Experience)
1. General provisions:
1.1. Position category: Franchise Sales
1.2. The procedure for appointment and dismissal: The franchise sales is appointed to the position and
dismissed from the position by order of the CEO.
1.3. Qualification requirements : An employee with the below qualification will be selected for the
position of franchise sales.
• Minimum Bachelor’s degree in a related field is desired
• Minimum 3-5 years franchising experience in similar role – Preferred
• Good knowledge of golf industry & food service industry
• Financial and computer literacy
• Valid UAE Driver’s License
• Preferred Chinese/Asian but other nationalities are also welcome
1.4 Special knowledge and skills: knowledge of civil law RF, PC proficiency at the user level ( Excel ,
Microsoft Project , Word ), managerial skills with the below is an added advantage:
• Strong Communication, Organisational, Operational and People Skills
• Highly presentable
• Developed analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Energetic self-starter
• A hands-on approach to problem solving
• Fanatical attention to detail

1.6 Employee replacement: During the absence (business trip, vacation, illness, etc.) of an employee, the duties are performed by a designated person appointed by Head of Department/ CEO, who acquires the relevant rights and is responsible for the proper performance of the duties assigned to him/her.
2 Job responsibilities:
2.1 Participation in the development of the development strategy of the Franchise Company.
2.1.2. Ensuring the effective implementation of the Company's development strategy for franchising, the implementation of the opening plan, creating a database of facilities for development.

2.2. Promotion of the Company's franchise offer in the Company's development markets.
• Collection and analysis of information about the golf franchising market: the number of companies selling golf franchises, the overall level of golf franchise financial performance.
• Assessment of the market of potential franchisees, taking into account the development strategy and territorial policy of the Company, identification of priority regions for development.
• Implementation of a CRM system for maintaining and analyzing incoming applications for the purchase of a franchise
2.3. Search and selection of potential partners of the Company (franchisee)
• Processing applications and appeals of potential franchisees and other interested parties;
• Assisting potential partners (franchisees) in preparing the necessary information and materials for acquiring rights under a commercial concession agreement with the Company, organizing additional interviews with the Company's management, processing the results of such interviews and meetings;
• Creating a profile of a potential partner (franchisee) and ensuring compliance with the partner
approval procedure before signing a commercial concession agreement;), including the financial
condition and solvency of potential franchisees, absolute and current potential,
• Creation, maintenance and updating of the database of potential franchisees of the Company.
2.5 Monitoring the compliance of the franchisee with the Company's standards. Development and implementation of measures and materials to maintain the Company's standards in the territory of the franchisee.

3 Rights:
• Get acquainted with the draft decisions of the management of the enterprise relating to its activities.

4 Reasons for dismissal:
• For failure to perform or improper performance of their official duties provided for by this instruction - within the limits determined by the UAE Labor Law.
• For offenses committed in the course of carrying out their activities - within the limits determined by the current administrative, criminal and civil legislation of the UAE Labor Law.
• For the disclosure of information that became known to him as a result of the performance of his official duties: methods, processes, materials, recipes, manuals, financial information, training processes and product specifications - within the limits determined by the current labor legislation of the UAE Labor Law.
• For non-compliance with the rules of internal labor regulations - within the limits determined by the current labor legislation of the UAE Labor Law.
• For non-compliance with the requirements of labor protection and fire safety -
within the limits determined by the current labor legislation of the UAE Labor Law.
5 Performance Evaluation Criteria:

6 Conditions for the revision of the Job Description:

7 Additional Key Requirements
• Assist with the development and implementation of Franchisee specific business plans and budgets.
• Responsible for franchise development and business development of franchise.
• Responsible for increase admissions in all developed franchise and business partners.
• Responsible to make follow company policy in developed franchise and business partners.
• Interpret monthly management accounts, benchmark and suggest corrective actions where necessary.
• Protect Brand integrity via implementation and measurement of Standards of Operations Programmes.
• Identify and communicate formal training needs to the training department for training intervention.
• Monitor and feedback information about competitor activity within his/her region.
• Identify in-store training needs and implement (OTJ) on the job training interventions and coaching.
• Assist franchisees in selecting and formulating locality marketing strategies in order to increase brand awareness and grow their business.
• Ensure implementation of national marketing campaigns. Enforce correct use of all supporting elements
i.e. point of sale, premiums etc.
• Act as brand custodian and ensure brand integrity is protected at all times via adherence to all
requirements across key functions namely, Operations, Development, HR, and Marketing.
