 1-Graduate Program

Program Overview


Our Graduate Program provides an immersive experience in our company from day 1.

The program starts with a two-week Global Induction with trainings and activities led by the Prysmian Group Academy in collaboration with a Top-Ranking Business School.

Following your induction, you will be part of a one-year job rotation in 3 different departments: Research and Development, Operations in one of our production sites, and Sales Support/Technical Sales.

After the first year of rotation, you will start your international assignment for a duration of 3 years. The position will be either technical, mainly based in one of our production sites, or business related, strongly linked to the core of our business.

You will learn new ways of working, acquire new knowledge, meet new colleagues and embrace a new culture!

At the end of your assignment abroad, returning to the country you have been hired in, you will be ready to take on a new responsibility in the technical or business areas continuing your career in Prysmian Group.


2- Senior Internal Auditor

Key Deliverables


  • You will be responsible for the main activities and steps, on an end-to-end basis, for the audit engagement, including:
  • Agree with the Head of Internal audit and compliance on the scope and objectives of the audit.
  • Coordination of the kick-off and exit meetings.
  • Ensuring that the work program is ready for review for the head of internal audit and before the commencement of the fieldwork.
  • Supervision of the work of the Audit Team to ensure that the work is conducted in accordance with professional standards and the recommendations and related follow-up are properly recorded.
  • Perform the most sensitive area of the audit engagement and ensure that the related working papers are reviewed by the Head of Internal audit and compliance.
  • Sharing audit observations with the head of Internal audit and compliance before the exit meeting as needed.
  • Keep engagement client up to date throughout the fieldwork and summarize all the relevant observations in the exit meeting.
  • You will be responsible to review the working papers prepared by the Internal Audit Team and share the audit results and draft audit report with the head of internal audit and compliance before sharing the Draft Report for management comments.
  • Coordinate the collection of the management comments and ensure that they are consistent with the proposed recommendations: share the final version of the report with the head of Internal audit and compliance.
  • Develop and extend in depth knowledge of recurring and non-recurring audit topics and linked risks, that might facilitate high profile discussion with Management, and to carry out the audit engagements, making sure that the junior members of the team have the right level of support.
  • Preparation of the Internal Audit Plan in coordination with the head of Internal audit and compliance proposal and management of any changes proposed throughout the year (any deviations to be discussed and agreed with the Head of Internal audit and compliance).
  • Maintain appropriate working relationships with auditees and Audit Team members.
  • Identification of training needs also for staff personnel for the continuing growth and professional development of the function.
  • Mentor and develop Internal Audit Team members to enhance their performance and thus their contributions to the Company.
  • Manage the process of preparation and initial review of the documents to be presented to the audit Committee.
  • You will be responsible to carry-out any other task assigned by the head of internal audit and compliance.

Who are you?


You are keen on joining a career in our industry and you are ready to embrace a new challenge.

You have graduated in the last 18 months, or you are completing a degree in STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering and Math) or Business and Economics fields.

You speak English fluently.
