Consultant for Corporate Agility
a) Roles and Responsibilities
Review the corporate agility strategy and framework.
Develop plan to commence the implementation of the corporate agility framework.
Review Business Continuity Management (BCM) Plan and develop “on-the-go” BCM
communication packages
Development of BCM Policy and conduct a maturity test on our BCM Plan.
Reviewing and conducting Business impact Analysis for the BCM.
BCM Testing scenarios development and implementation.
Identify requirements for the implementation of customer experience framework and
requirements to obtain voice of customer.
Develop outside-in customer centric design for customer touch points and
conducting customer journey mapping and maturity metric.
Develop code of service based on customer segments
Develop plan to support the required change management within our digital transformation
Plan and deliver required communication sessions to introduce new/ improved processes,
methodologies and digitization to the relevant end-users.
Map and document all corporate processes.
Implementation of lean/ six sigma on all corporate process based on voice of business and
voice of employee
Develop templates for processes SOPs
Process automation recommendations and implementation
Partner with business stakeholders across the company to raise awareness of corporate agility
and its impact on the organization business
Transfer knowledge to other team members ensure their readiness to continue the journey
b) Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or other related fields with a minimum of 10 years of experience in Continuous Improvement/ Business Continuity
Lean Six Sigma- Black Belt certification
Experience with Customer Experience Implementation
Experience in Service-Oriented industries
Proven track record of leading successful Business Continuity and Continuous Improvement projects
Understand core business processes and associated technical solutions
Have an innovative and disrupting mind-set, constantly looking forward
c) Technical Competencies
Mandatory:
Agile Change Management
Knowledge of Lean implementation on organizational processes
Business Continuity Management and Planning
Audit and compliance (Knowledge)
Understanding of the latest corporate agility strategies
Nice to have but not mandatory, with the willingness to learn:
- Customer Experience Management
- Data Analytics and intelligence
- Business Process Management (BPM) softwares and technologies
- Robotic Process Automation Application
- Communication Strategy & Planning
- Knowledge of Regulatory Frameworks
- Strategy Development

Project (Consultancy) Period : The expected duration of this engagement is 12 months from the first day of joining.
