MALATAN - CURRENT VACANCY (FACILITY MANAGEMENT)
We are looking for a Facility management professional having expertise in management of residential properties to join our team. Candidate should have minimum 2-3 years of experience in a similar profile. Experience in Oman market would be highly
beneficial. Middle east driving license is mandatory.
• Oversees building and ground maintenance
• Operates & maintains custodial functions
• Ensures security & emergency preparedness procedures are implemented properly.
• Ensures that the facility is clean & maintained according to company policy & procedures.
• Handles general accounting tasks such as accounts payable, payroll, petty cash and budgeting.
• Oversees and supervises the quality of work for other employees to ensure that all tasks are performed correctly, efficiently and effectively;
•Manages & reviews service contracts;
• Conducts & documents regular facilities inspections;
• Recommends maintenance, mechanical & electrical & facility design modifications;
• Communicates workplace safety precautions to employees;
• Forecasts, allocates and supervises the financial & physical resources of the facility management; • Ensure compliance with health & safety standards.
