We are currently looking for a Digital Content Creator to join our team (F&B business).
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Hospitality Industry or Business Management
05 years of experience in F&B operations; of which minimum of 3 years in the Middle East
Good presentation, reporting and communications skills
Ability to communicate in English and Arabic (Speaking/Reading/Writing) French is preferred
Duties & Responsibilities
Supervises the functioning of all Food and Beverage department’s marketing activities, promotions, sales and costs to ensure that department profits are maximized.
Establishes the general F&B Marketing strategy, the yearly F&B marketing plan in coordination with the F&B Director and present it to the board of management and prepare the official launch program and events for the brands on board.
Establishes and presents the yearly F&B Marketing budget to board of Management and follows it strictly to minimize the department’s expenses. Gets actively involved in finding the best printing / advertising to maintain the quality, and solutions to optimize the company’s profits.
Establishes solid social media platform for every F&B brand and maintain an efficient exposure and performance and execute loyalties program of the company’s brands.
Supervises, recruits, appraises the F&B Marketing associates.
Communicates all promotions in a timely and professional manner to brand operations managers, restaurant team members, and F&B Director.
Establishes weekly meetings with the brand operations managers and restaurant team to discuss the outlets performance and gather data.
Maintains a proper Customer data base for direct emails and promotions information.
Reports all division’s analysis and strategies implementation to the Food & Beverage Director.
Conduct, compiles, analysis market researches and reports results monthly to the F&B Director; and comes up with regular proposals to adjust the overall Marketing Strategy month by month.
