🌳🌳🌳 Salesforce Functional Consultant / BA X2 - 8 Month Contract🌳🌳🌳
Areti Group have partnered with a leading Salesforce Partner who are on-site with a construction giant in Malaysia! They are looking for 2 contractors to come in and support a key phase in their Salesforce programme!
Role: Salesforce Functional Consultant / BA
Location: Remote but would need to work Malaysian hours with very occasional visits to Kuala Lumpar!
Rate: Flexible DOE
Start Date: 1st week of April until end of year
You will act as a core member of a client Product Scrum Team with a focus on taking and refining requirements, designing solution options for those requirements on the Salesforce Platform, and implementing or supporting the technical implementation of those requirements. Will require knowledge and abilities around business analysis, Agile delivery, and hands on configuration and knowledge of Salesforce. The role will get support from and provide support to their other scrum team members (product owners, BA's, QA's, developers, business counterparts).
Skills & Experience Required:
Experience in IT BA roles (min 3 years)
Experience with Salesforce (admin / configuration / end user) - ideally sales cloud, but any core cloud is sufficient (sales, service, CPQ, commerce, experience)
Experience in requirement gathering, documentation and refinement
Experience with designing and proposing solutions to meet such requirements using the salesforce platform (with configuration or salesforce standard and minimal customisation)
High level understanding of how any why Salesforce might integrate with other systems (e.g. ERP, CMS, E-commerce, CTI)
Understanding of devops and CI/CD concepts would be beneficial, but not critical
There will be a 2 stage interview process with the consultancy and end-client involved!
