To influence Licensees to implement sound learning systems and influence learning organization infrastructure of licensees which result in Operational excellence. This may include coaching Licensees to establish an appropriate infrastructure, certifying their delivery of Inspire Brands provided learning material, facilitating developmental and technical training curriculum, and consulting as Licensees analyze and act to improve their training tools and delivery.
To partner with the Inspire Brands team to establish an Operations focused culture, identify training needs within Inspire Brands as well as the licensee community, recommend and implement solutions that result in meeting our operating income, guest service, growth, and comp sales goals.
Responsibilities
Facilitates enrollment into and delivery of Brand Training as a train the trainer, certifying attendees to replicate appropriately within their organizations
Supports new licensees as they adjust and deliver all components of Brand Training at new restaurant opens and as they establish learning systems and infrastructure
Consults with Inspire Brands team to identify organizations ready to grow and/or gaps in readiness and participates as part of that team to coach Licensee to address
Recommends and may work with Learning Design as subject matter expert to create content for region specific learning needs
Coordinates and facilitates international curriculum and region-specific training classes
Through their influence, drives implementation/integration of INSPIRE BRANDS, INC Learning systems and tools
Collaborates with Field Operations Team and a Licensee’s organization to assess operations and learning systems, identify needs, make recommendations, and lead/coach appropriate learning activities to close gaps
Recommends appropriate non-Inspire Brands tools and resources in an appropriate way, in order to foster the licensees’ success developing people, creating a guest first culture and driving profitability
Documents and provides behavior-based feedback, verbally and in writing, along with recommendations to increase knowledge or improve performance
Partners cross functionally to create quality learning programs consistently using effective adult and generational learning principles
Collects and influences Licensees to calculate training and people metrics
Manages personal expenses and follows all policies and required administrative procedures
Leads a variety of projects as the point person on the team
Education And Experience Qualifications
Minimum: Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent certification in Communications, Learning Design, Human Resources, Organizational Development, Business, or field related to understanding human behavior
5 Years Restaurant and/or retail Training
2 Years Restaurant Operations Experience
