1- Service Team Leader
Purpose of the Job:
To supervise the depot based service team and to provide the maximum availability of equipment at all times being maintained and serviced in line with Aggreko policies and procedures.
Key Responsibilities:
Minimize equipment that is under repair and awaiting inspection ensuring maximum availability at all times adhering to predetermined regional target.
Sustain Global Service Centre Standards (GSCS) within working environment at all times.
Ensure all service related documentation is completed inline with Aggreko procedures and process maps.
Timely execution of regular maintenance and servicing of all equipment in accordance with Aggreko service procedures.
Identify common repeat failures on equipment to prevent reoccurrence using available data and resources and communicate to Area Operations Manager where unable to resolve.
Supervise the commissioning & decommissioning of sites whilst ensuring all Aggreko standards and BOP’s are followed.
Provide technical support to clients and internal teams where applicable.
Proactively manage manpower planning to ensure maximum productivity is achieved with the resources available in the depot.
Conduct regular equipment and site installation inspections within depot/clients sites to ensure equipment condition and site installations are inline with Aggreko standards.
React effectively to technical support of field equipment breakdowns in timely manner in and out of working hours when required.
Conduct induction, performance appraisal, development and training of direct reports.
Displays a commitment to Operational Excellence activities.

2- Depot Technician Temperature Control
About this job:
We are seeking an experienced, detail-oriented HVAC technician to install, maintain and repair our rental HVAC systems. The HVAC Technician must be skilled in cleaning, adjusting, and repairing systems. You will guide and advise Aggreko clients to select the most appropriate system to fulfil their requirements. You will be responsible for HVAC systems from testing, repairing, installation to end-of-life by performing maintenance and emergency repairs.
Working as an experienced HVAC Technician in Aggreko will provide the individual with job security in an industry which continues to grow and create new positions for qualified technicians worldwide.
The position may allow for Worldwide and Regional travel, working alongside experienced Mechanics and Electricians in similar roles both in HVAC and Power.
The role will be varied, and you will work across all industries, including, but not limited to, construction, O&G, PCR, events and manufacturing.
Whereas some technicians in the HVAC industry concentrate on only one type of system, either heating, air conditioning, or refrigeration, Aggreko others offer a broader range of services, and you can expect to work on all types of HVAC equipment, from small AC units to larger Water-Cooled Chillers, Cooling Towers and/or Boilers.
