We have a FANtastic opportunity for an HR Executive to join our team! (Assistant Manager grade) - 2 to 3 years' experience in a luxury hotel environment in the Middle East and Europe. Being fluent in a European language is an advantage
As an HR Executive, you will demonstrate a high level of competence in the performance of all HR administrative duties. You will provide input and support on the design and arrangement of HR day to day operation, projects and continuous improvement initiatives. You will support the entire HR team with the deployment of various initiatives, in support to the ‘end-to-end’ journey of our colleagues, from onboarding all the way to offboarding. You will embrace the ‘Colleague Quality Experiences’ in the heart of everything that you do. You will deliver specific people metrics that track trends in key KPI's to monitor the impact of HR initiatives and identify future opportunities. You will provide exceptional HR support to leaders and colleagues in the form of advice, project delivery and a variety of activities and services across all aspects of HR policies, practices and processes.
You'll need to be positive, confident, energetic, enthusiastic and ready to hit the ground running. In particular, you'll need strong administration skills, matched with solid colleague relations skills or customer service experience, an eye for continuous improvement and be able to contribute to, and lead, HR initiatives. You'll be happy to jump in wherever needed and demonstrate your initiative and accountability. Ideally, you'll be Microsoft Office and HR Information System/s savvy, with recent 2-3 years’ experience as HR Coordinator or Executive. Your ability to be discrete in relation to confidential matters and the use of your creativity and resourcefulness to solve complex tasks will be necessary for success in this role. A tertiary qualification, hotel/hospitality/luxury sector experience is highly preferred .
